We are a small family business with a website that we are trying to post ads on facebook, use kit for retargeting; use later for Instagram posts. Initially it was tangled because a previous employee had ownership of the page and facebook were computer replying with i.d. needed to get back the ownership. We were recently hacked and had facebook ad account suspended as a result. We have now tracked down the previous employee and have taken back full ownership of the account. But we cannot have ads or Kit running as facebook have suspended the account and will not reply. In the last few day’s we have had Later disconnected from the Instagram and are not posting via Later.
