Hi all, We are a Renovation business that and are in need of someone who can create some content for our social media accounts. Our projects generally are a mix of bathrooms and kitchens and often include turning some outdated and damaged rooms into modern spaces. We are looking for someone who can visit our sites and capture content for us in the form of photos and videos to generate content to be uploaded on to our social media accounts. We will need capturing and editing to be all done so that we can just upload as required. Our aim is to create on the platform is to showcase our work and create a reliable portfolio rather than to generate high exposure content (this will always be a bonus but it is important that we maintain our brand image)

DETAILS By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF We have a mystery shop available that will need to be completed between the 14th - 15th December. Please note you will need to be over the age of 18 to complete this mystery shop. On WEDNESDAY, You will need to call the bottle shop before 5pm and ask a question over the phone (we will advise what question to ask when allocating you this mystery shop). You will then go to the store on THURSDAY before 6pm and assess the store presentation and the level of service you receive from the staff members you interact with. The type of product enquiry you make in-store changes each month. We will advise what question to ask when allocating you this mystery shop. You will also need to purchase one of the products recommended (related to this enquiry) to the maximum value of $40. This cost of this purchase will be reimbursed. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive over the phone and in the store. Budget for this task is $25 inclusive or Airtasker fees. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions below, we can't name the store publicly. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. Please note that this training is just preparation for the task and is not part of the task itself. If this task needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (lockdown, sickness, etc.) we will not be able to release payment for just the training without the task itself being started.
