You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. PROJECT BRIEF: 1. Reach out to the studio about doing a pilates class 2 days in advance 2. Assess the class confirmation process 3. Assess the studio, welcome and tour provided 4. Assess the class and the interaction after You will need to book a specific class type and we will reimburse you for this cost. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive. Budget for this task is $40 inclusive or Airtasker fees.
