You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: 1. Make an online booking for a beginner package 2. Attend your first class and assess the experience. You will submit this first part of your report within 2 hours of attending your first class. 3. Wait to see if a person from the studio calls you within 5 days. Once they’ve called you or the 5 days have passed, submit the second part of your report. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive. You will let the staff lead the conversation, and give them every possible opportunity serve you well. You do not need to make a purchase. You will then fill out your online mystery shopping report as soon as you can after leaving the store, you can then 'save and resume' your report and then finish the report once follow up has been received In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive in the store and if they follow you up shortly afterwards. Need someone to check the music that some shops are playing for the public located in Penrith and record a short video about your findings. You can complete this ANYTIME before the due date.   We need to confirm if certain shops are playing music on their networks. The format of this activity is Mystery Shopping. Would you like a free physiotherapy session? We need someone to book and attend a physiotherapy treatment session at our clinic in Penrith. It is a quality assurance procedure so you can't have been to the clinic previously. Before and after the session, via an online form, you'll provide detailed feedback (good or bad) about the experience (while not letting the clinic know that you are a mystery shopper). This information can then be used for future improvements. Please note you must be able to pay upfront for the session (approx $100) and be reimbursed afterward. The reimbursement is separate from the Airtakser payment and is paid directly into your bank account on completion of the online form.
