We are looking for a mystery shopper to visit our Ashmore store as a normal customer and give us honest feedback on service and product quality. What's involved: - Visit the store once, during normal trading hours, and buy a pie or savoury item, a sweet item, and a coffee (all three — this covers what you'll be reviewing). - Act like any other customer. Don't mention you're a mystery shopper, during the visit or afterwards. - Straight after your visit, fill in a short feedback form (about 5 minutes, we'll send it once you accept the task) covering service, cleanliness, and how the food and coffee were. - Message a photo of your receipt and submit the form within 48 hours of your visit. What you'll get: - Payment covers your time and we will also reimburse your purchase — paid through Airtasker once your visit and feedback form are complete. - Full instructions provided after you're assigned — it's straightforward, no experience necessary, just an honest, observant customer. Who this suits: - You are not a regular at this Goldie's store and don't know the staff there. - You can visit within the next two weeks and turn the feedback around within 48 hours. - You write clearly enough to give useful, specific comments, not just a number. Confidentiality is important — please don't reveal you're a mystery shopper, then or later, including on social media.
