We are looking for a mystery shopper to assess a dessert store in Surfers Paradise. This will involve you visiting the store, waiting in queue, sampling product, asking a couple of questions and ordering & paying for the product. You will need to pretend you have an allergy so that you can assess team member allergy handling. Afterwards you will take some pictures of it straight after it’s served to you. You can then enjoy the product yourself. You will provide all your experience feedback via an online survey. We will reimburse you for the amount paid in-store ($18)+ pay $30 for completing the task. Total $48 inc of fees. This must be completed between 7pm and 10:30pm at night -- any night from tonight to Thursday night 27th July. Please include both fees in your offer eg. $48 offer inc of fees. We currently have a mystery shop opening for a grocery store in Isle of Capri to be mystery shopped. You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. The budget for this task is $45 inclusive of Airtasker fees. A mystery shop at this store involves going in to the store after 9am, purchasing some fresh produce, reviewing how you are charged for that produce, looking over product expiry dates and more. There is an in-depth training video that will give you the finer details of what you will be looking for. You must be able to submit your report within an hour after your shop, and before the due date listed for the task above.
