We have an opportunity for you to mystery shop a fitness class and provide feedback on your experience. No prior experience is necessary. This task is beginner friendly and easy to complete. We only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. What’s required? Book a trial pack and attend the class. In your mystery shopping report, you will evaluate the overall experience, including the service you receive and the quality of the class. After your class, you will submit an online survey sharing your feedback. You will be reimbursed for your class cost. The specific location of the studio cannot be publicly disclosed for privacy reasons. Please also mention if you are currently a member of any gyms or fitness studios to avoid conflicts of interest. All of our mystery shops include a quick training video and knowledge check that will guide you through the requirements (the knowledge check has to be done within 24 hours of receiving the task) . The training is just preparation and not part of the task itself. If the task is canceled, payment cannot be made for just the training. Training must be completed within 24 hours of assignment. You cannot complete the shop until the training is done and the confirmation email is sent. Please note if there is no correspondence within 24 hours of your assignment, you will be removed from the task. This opportunity is only for serious applicants.
