You will need to visit the location during the time window provided. During your visit, you will order a meal and a coffee (if you drink coffee). In your report, you will assess key aspects of the experience, including: 1. Timing (e.g., how long you waited at the counter before ordering) 2. Team member presentation and greeting 3. Ordering process 4. Order collection and presentation 5. Overall store presentation As with all mystery shops, you’ll complete a short training video and knowledge check before starting. You’ll have 24 hours to complete the training once it’s emailed to you, and you cannot conduct the shop until training is finished and confirmation has been sent.
