(3 days work) Scope of Work: • Attend the specified location in person • Count vehicle traffic passing the site • Record: • Total vehicle count • Entry point to site • Peak vs non-peak periods • Observe and note: • Traffic flow patterns • Nearby competitors or major traffic drivers (optional but preferred) • Counts to be conducted on: Tuesday 20th, Wednesday 21st & Thursday 22nd from 7am - 2pm. You will need to go to this retail store between 9 am - 4 pm on a Monday - Friday and enquire about some products for your upcoming kitchen renovation. You will let the staff lead the conversation, and give them every possible opportunity to serve you well. You do not need to make a purchase. You will then fill out your online mystery shopping report as soon as you can after leaving the store, you can then 'save and resume' your report and then finish the report once follow up has been received within 24 hours. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive in the store and if they follow you up shortly afterwards.
