You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: You will need to go to the club location between the hours of 9am - 5pm (avoiding lunch hours), Monday - Thursday or during the times specified in your confirmation. You need to arrive without an appointment and let the staff know you’re interested in potentially joining and you’d like to look around the facilitates. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive over the phone, in the club and any follow-up you receive. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions below, we can't name the exact location publicly but please mention whether you are a current member of any gyms in your offer so we can check for conflicts of interest. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. Please note that this training is just preparation for the task and is not part of the task itself. If this task needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances we will not be able to release payment for just the training without the task itself being completed. The cost of this purchase will be reimbursed. In your mystery shopping report which needs to be submitted online after your pharmacy visit, you will assess the service you receive from the various staff members you interact with during your visit.
