Airtasker Title Site Inspection & Photos – Wardell Boardwalk, Wardell NSW Task Description We are looking for a reliable local person to attend the Wardell Boardwalk and Foreshore Upgrade site in Wardell, NSW, on behalf of our construction company. There is no formal site meeting to attend. The task is to undertake a visual site inspection and provide clear photos, short videos and general observations to assist with our tender review. The inspection date and time will be confirmed once the required 48-hour notice has been provided to Ballina Shire Council. What You Will Need to Do • Attend the site at the agreed date and time. • Access the site using the walkway beside Wardell Memorial Hall. • Take approximately 30–40 clear, high-quality photos, including: o Site access and entry route o Existing boardwalk and foreshore areas o Riverbank and water-side conditions o Existing structures and infrastructure o Ground conditions and vegetation o Potential construction access and laydown areas o Any visible access restrictions, hazards or site constraints • Take several short overview videos while walking through the accessible areas. • Provide brief written notes regarding access, general site condition and anything that may affect construction. • Upload all photos, videos and notes on the same day. Important Site Restrictions All inspections must remain on Crown Land only. You must not cross the Wardell Hotel property or any other private property. Access must be through the walkway next to Wardell Memorial Hall. Do not enter the water or any unsafe or restricted areas. Requirements • Reliable and able to attend at the agreed time. • Smartphone or camera capable of taking clear photos and videos. • Comfortable walking around an outdoor foreshore site. • Construction, civil works, landscaping or site inspection experience would be helpful but is not essential. • Must carefully follow the site access instructions.
