The situation: The business accounts were previously linked to my late father’s personal Facebook profile, which I can’t remove. There is three Instagram accounts and three Facebook accounts. Meta shows some accounts as being “owned by BZ Optics”, but they’re still somehow connected to my dad’s profile. Others say they are just connected to my Dads accounts. The new business owners were given access, but one accidentally removed themselves from another connected account, and I can’t re-add them — their profile doesn’t appear as an option. I’ve tried sorting this out through Meta support and with a few IT and marketing people, but it needs someone familiar with Meta Business Suite / Business Manager setup, admin roles, and account ownership transfer. Looking for: An experienced Meta Business Manager or Facebook Business Suite specialist. Someone who can troubleshoot and fix access and ownership issues remotely via screen-share (Zoom, Teams, etc.) or even better if in person.
