Description: I’m looking for a Mystery Shopper to perform a review on the service and experience they receive as a customer in a shop in Pac Fair Shopping Centre. The shop sells women's clothing. There will be a detailed 2 page form that requires you to fill out a few notes on the interaction and level of service. The form will be various questions about the Mystery shop and a rating system you tick off. The entire process should take approx 60 minutes or so, including the time it takes to fill out the form. Ideally not spending anymore than 30 minutes in the store to avoid taking time away from actual customers. Things to note about the task: -You will be emailed the report along with clear guidance, it’s important the guide is read in full before you enter the store so the visit is a success. -You will be required to provide a picture of yourself in the garments to verify your visit, which is also listed on the form.
