i need to change the whole mechanism for a security screen door lock but the barrel the actual lock is stuck and we cant get it out so once the lock is removed we need to change the mechanism inside with a new one we have and put lock back in and put the new handles screw back on make sure it all works and that's the job we provide the needed parts

The front door was warped by the rain and when going to close it tonight, the door splintered and the lock came loose. The door needs to be replaced as a matter of urgency and the lock re-fitted. Some more details: I am happy to provide the door but can't collect it from Bunnings. If you can collect it, that will assist with your bid. The dimensions of the door are 815mm x 2030mm, so the Bunnings door will need to be planed down by 5mm along the width. The door is the entry to a theatre space and is used by a lot of people, so there are many keys to the lock, but it is one of those that has to be registered and there is a key registry, consequently we cannot replace the lock but need to use the one from the old door.
