My front door has a keyed entry knob (key cylinder outside, push-button lock inside) that's failed — it's stuck in the locked position and the button won't reset to unlock. I need a full lockset replacement (knob, latch, and strike plate) — not just a repair, as the mechanism itself appears worn/broken. Task includes: Remove old lockset (knob + latch + strike plate) Install new lockset — happy for you to supply and quote inclusive Confirm it locks/unlocks smoothly from both sides and the latch aligns properly with the strike plate New keys as part of the replacement (please bring enough for 3 keys) Quick test before you leave I'm in a body corporate property, so it needs to be a standard external entry knob-and-latch set — nothing structural. I have an aluminium bi fold door and the lock is broken, and the folding sections of the door need to be looked at, there is a drop down pin that gets caught. I can order the lock from suppliers if you can’t replace, but needs to be installed by someone that carries the equipment to install bi fold locks.

Our back door slammed shut in the wind over the weekend, and we don't have any keys to unlock - usually it can unlock from the inside, but it's not even budging! Photos attached.
