I have a Hills Home Hub cabinet (I believe a 400 Series) which I was not provided with a key for when I moved in. In addition, my Hills alarm system is showing a red status light with the message “backup battery low", and the siren goes off whenever there is a power outage. Therefore, I'm looking for someone to: * Unlock/open the Hills Home Hub cabinet * Ideally replace the lock barrel and provide new keys * Inspect and replace the alarm system backup battery * Test the alarm and external siren to make sure everything is working correctly Please only quote if you are familiar with Hills security/alarm systems. Looking for someone who can do all tasks in one visit.

Looking for a locksmith to repair or replace the lock/handle mechanism on an external door. The issue is: - Outside handle: turns/moves but does not engage the mechanism, so the door cannot be opened from outside using the handle. - Inside handle: works completely normally and opens the door without any issue. - Key/lock: the key works and is able to lock/unlock the door. - It therefore appears to be an issue with the external handle or its connection to the internal lock/latch mechanism, rather than the lock cylinder itself. Buy a door lock with and key for an interior door handle and fit to one door

The emergency physical keys attached inside the remotes are no longer able to lock and unlock the driver door. I think the last time I remember it successfully working was about 3 months ago. It's not needed unless the battery goes flat and one of my remotes battery went flat recently and neither of the 2 emergencys key worked. The keys go in the lock and turn but the door doesn't lock or unlock. The lock and unlock using the remote works fine when remote batteries are ok.

Supply and install door lock and deadbolt to suit cavity sliding door shown. Hardware to be approved by owner. Deadbolt should be white and aesthetic. Door lock should try to match what is there as closely as possible but brushed metal is the colour.

The door knob has come away from the spindle and needs to be reattached. There is no lock associated with the door handle.
