Having issues with the main driver side door. The lock doesn't work anymore. I can't lock or unlock it; it seems stuck. I probably need a locksmith.

Hello - I really don't know what the best way to proceed is. Please use the budget as just a guesstimate. The quote will depend upon any materials you use as well which I don't know the cost of. I have an existing gate to enter my property. It is a steel gate, which I can open via an app and an internal panel (intercom). But there are multiple issues - #1 The gate once opened, does not swing back into closure. So, a postie who I have allowed to enter may not close it and it stays open. #2, Whilst the outside (facing the street) handle cannot be twisted, anyone can slide their hand through the grills to open it from the inside handle. So, my question is - is this something you could help me with to fix, or would you say that installing a new gate is the only option?

Hi there, need someone to fix stuck passenger window for mx-5. The passenger side glass window appears to have jammed in an open position. When I press the button, it only moves 1-2cm in either direction before stopping. Car is in Blackburn

Replace lost key for auto gate motor

The backdoor autolock is not lined up properly. The latch bolt is not lined up with the latch plate. Need re-alignment done.

Need a tradesperson or Carpenter to install two internal door locks. One lock was previously installed up side down (installed incorrectly). The other lock mechanism failed in the locked position and the door and the jamb was damaged when the door was forced open. Locks will be provided and any other required materials. Note: The damaged Jamb on one of the Interior Doors will need to be repaired before installing the new lock. Refer to photos.

I have a door handle that needs repair and that same door and one other door that needs adjustment. Also a sliding door that needs adjustment too.

The door handle for my apartment entrance has come loose. It’s not like a regular door handle where you can remove the face place by easily pulling on it. I have tried to pull the plate off but it it seems jammed or glued. Need some kind of expertise to rescrew in the doorhandle.
