Need to replace lock barrel of new installed side garage door. New door has dead lock and normal door handle lock. Want barrel locks to match rest of external doors. Have one old barrel from old door that could help.

Hi, looking for someone who can install an external key lock on the side of my house. Pretty sure drill may be required. Refer to picture for what I mean.

We are located in Kew. Our front pedestrian access gate is timber framed with colourbond on the external surface. I tried to install a Yale Smart Lock but ran into trouble due to measurement issues. As a result one of the sections of framing has a number of holes (where I unsuccessfully tried to install the lock) and may need replacement. The colourbond has a rectangular section we cut out where we were trying to place the lock - we’re unsure if the whole door needs to be replaced or what the best solution is. We’d also like the smart lock installed.
