Looking for an experienced locksmith/electronic lock installer to assess and install a Codelocks smart lock on a solid timber front door in Kew. The property is occasionally rented short-term. I need: * time-limited guest PINs that expire automatically * no Wi-Fi/internet required at the property for entry * mechanical key override for the owners * permanent owner access * preferably Codelocks NetCode I’m considering the CL5020 NetCode, but I’m open to a simpler/cheaper Codelocks model if it meets the requirements and fits the existing door cleanly. The door currently has a mortice lock with Euro-profile cylinder. Photos of the door, lock and strike are attached.
