Find professional lock installation in East Melbourne

My lock box couldn’t be opened. I need someone to open and fix it or cut it off and replace a new one.

Need to remove Samsung smart lock and install a roller latch. Move door handle higher. Patch holes from old smartlock and paint over. I will supply the paint.

There is a deadbolt lockset (Single-cylinder - key from outside/turn knob on inside) currently installed on the front entry door. The current unit seems functional and in decent condition visually, but is either broken or needs adjustment. It does not seem to engage properly, and can be pulled open from the inside, when closed/locked. It seems to me that the strike is not engaging, or aligned, but the unit could also be faulty, it's hard to tell for me. I would like to have someone out to take a look, and either adjust or replace the unit.

Supply and install digital lock with PIN code and where I have access on my phone to it.

The replacement doorknob should be the same as, or look very similar to, the original one. I have a HikVision intercom kit Hikvision DS-KIS603-P 2MP Gen2 IP.
