We need someone to assess and repair a faulty door knob and latch. The door knob was installed in reverse, so it needs to be pulled upward to open. Over time, the issue has worsened and the door is now sometimes locking us out. It appears the latch is not moving properly when the knob is operated. The latch was stuck so someone tried to unscrew the lock but the screw was shredded. We were able to take the door handle off to unlatch the lock and put the door handle on but the door handle doesn’t move

Sliding Glass Door Lock Strike Plate Repair The strike plate on our sliding glass door has become loose. It looks like one of the mounting screws may have fallen out, although I'm not certain if that's the only issue. Looking for someone to: Inspect the strike plate and determine the cause of the movement. Re-secure it and replace any missing fixings if required. Need to fix/replace the locks on 2 gates. The first one is a gate to the pool area, and currently when the door autocloses the lock doesnt engage. Need to replace this lock (or make the hinge stronger or both). Have bout this new lock and hinges from Bunnings (in pic) The second one, I've lost the key, so need to replace the lock with another one. Its ok if the new one doesnt look like the existing one. Front door latch is very hard to open from inside. Seems to get stuck unless I manually press it in a bit with a screwdriver or my finger (if door is open). Fine to open from outside with key.
