We had a new deadlock installed on our front door but the existing lock has left a large cavity. We need some assistance please to repair the side of the door.

Need to fix/replace the locks on 2 gates. The first one is a gate to the pool area, and currently when the door autocloses the lock doesnt engage. Need to replace this lock (or make the hinge stronger or both). Have bout this new lock and hinges from Bunnings (in pic) The second one, I've lost the key, so need to replace the lock with another one. Its ok if the new one doesnt look like the existing one. Well it’s a different type of lock it’s not key it’s a PIN code ones and it’s from Bunnings and might need someone that really got tools for it as well don’t have much money but hopefully someone can help
