Sort out and tidy my linen cupboard

Looking for someone to steam clean 3 x small bedrooms. Plus a rug. One bedroom has a red wine stain that we have had no luck getting out today using just soap and water. We are looking for a cleaner to complete Airbnb turnovers at our 2 bedroom Dee Why apartment as our current cleaners are moving. The cleaning is simple and will include switching over linen and washing the alternating set between cleans. There will be ongoing cleans generally with plenty of notice, some with a specific time window of 10-2pm. Hello! We are a young family and need a bit of help keeping our little house clean, tidy and in order. On a weekly basis (probably over 2-3 smaller sessions per week rather than one big session), the following items need taking care of: - 3 bedrooms - 1 bathroom - kitchen (dishwasher packing and unpacking) - laundry (kids and adults) In terms of cleaning, it's the usual - surfaces, vacuuming, the occasional mopping and general tidying. Occasionally (less than weekly), there is also some light gardening we need help with (e.g. vacuuming up leaves) and windows to be cleaned inside and out. We have all the cleaning supplies, so no need to bring your own. In total, we reckon it'll take about 5-7 hours each week, but happy to be advised otherwise. The ideal days for us are Mondays and Thursdays or Fridays, and we are flexible on the times. When you bid, please let tell us a bit about you – we are keen to get to know you as a person. :) This job is a one-off, weekly cleans are easier to organise outside of AT if it's a fit. Calling all Marie Kondo fans! I am looking for an honest and fast organiser/s to help me downsize/declutter/unpack household stuff and clothes. I’ve just moved into a tiny one bedroom flat and have not unpacked yet. I have a lot of the small stuff in boxes that needs to be sorted - thrown out, kept or donated/sell. I am looking to sell my current gardening runs. They're all easy people to deal with as I dropped anyone who I found difficult. There are 22 of different places, mostly residential with a total of about 35 hours a month of work during summer. I made an average of $46 an hour including driving time and they're all based on the northern beaches.
