The job: - Prepare approximately 21sqm of ground for turf (under-turf prep and levelling) - Lay and roll turf once prepared - Cut around 2 existing sprinklers - Cut in 9–11 sandstone pavers (to be laid before/during turfing) What’s already done: The previous grass has been pulled up — it’s currently bare and muddy, so it just needs prep and levelling before turf goes down. Materials: We can arrange delivery of under-turf and turf if needed, but if you’re able to collect from a local landscaping yard, that would be a bonus and appreciated. Access: Down 5 stairs at the front of the house, then flat from there. When: Wednesday, weather permitting (sunshine required — fingers crossed!) Also: There are some existing garden beds that need red mulch applied to finish them off. Happy to discuss that separately with whoever takes on the job. We have done renovations to yard and turf in one section needs to be replaced. Area is approximately 6 x 1.5 (9 SQM) Need to also “cap” the head for one of our sprinklers and add 2 x “t” junctions for new sprinklers too. We have a hunter system. Will need to remove existing grass and relay new grass. Access to area is down a flight of 4-5 stairs and about 30-40m from front gate.
