We are shortly renting a property and require someone to come around and mowing the lawns, do the edges and a thorough clean up once per fortnight. I have been doing it myself the last couple of years and it takes one person about an hour working briskly. Getting to the back yard is up a number of stairs and through a pool fence gate, I was using a light electric mower and carrying it up. Please quote in reply how much you require for this service. The house is on a standard block with driveway and small area to the sides, as well as front and back. A shed occupies some space as does the bricked area out the back. There is whipper snippering required and another task to spray the dandelions on a dry hot day in a week or so. The mowing task is ongoing ie once a month during summer.
