We are in a Queenslander with no access to bring the lawn mower from the back of the property, so will need to be brought up through the front of the house. There are two flights of stairs, and will need to wheel through the interior of the house to the backyard (photos attached). Own equipment is needed for the job, as we don’t have a lawnmower. I want the top soil to be moved from one area to another as it has been filled too high. I prefer the grass to be cut from the grassy area and turf to be laid on top. Top soil to be spreaded on the area which is dirt now and grass to be laid on top
