We need the front and back lawn mowed + maintained on a regular basis. The weeds need to be killed, removed and maintained also. There may also be some tree trimming needed. - Due date: Flexible

I'm currently recovering from a medical procedure and can't mow my lawns, so I'm looking for someone to mow them for me. I can provide the mower, I just need someone to physically do the work. I estimate it'll take between roughly 1 hour. I'll likely also get you to use my whipper snipper to ensure the boundary edges of the lawn are neat, which will put the task at about 90 minutes. I'm looking to pay an hourly rate of $30 (again noting i will provide the necessary equipment for the job). Please only bid if you have done this type of work before. My preference is to have the work performed first thing this Friday morning (between 8-9:45am), or at an agreed time this weekend. Alternate times will need to be arranged by mutual agreement (generally from 4:30pm weekdays or the wkend following this would suit).
