I just need a tidy up of the lawn done. The back is a reasonable size but not difficult to mow. The front will need edging done of the drive ways and a tidy up. The lawn is very dry, and not overgrown, so likely just a high mow so that it's tidy for a rental inspection. The front is quite dry, so will likely just need some edging on the driveway and a high mow.

Artificial turf and cat enclosure needs weeding and spraying of weeded areas. I have an organic weeding solution but only in spray bottle form. Happy for you to charge extra if you use your own solution but needs to be safe for pets and kids.

Previous tenants (left 3 months ago) put lawn seed down and it looks to be Kikuyu Lawn. Just folds on itself when walked on. I’ve whipper snippered it once and just left a whole heap of mulch making it worse. The soil below is thick and rocky. There’s some rock and bark - just left in a bit of a mess by previous tenants with a dog that ruined it.
