Summary : Only staircase access is available as the driveway is currently being repaired. 1) Lower front yard and kerb strip – mowing and edging. 2) Upper front yard – mowing and edging. 3) Upper backyard – mowing and edging. Please leave the grass longer as the turf is new and the roots are not yet deep. Cutting it too short may damage or kill the turf. 4) Driveway – edging along the side.

Property needs a good cut back. There is some grass that needs mowing. There is some areas need a whipper snip. Some fence boundary's require plant removal to make clean. Then there are some small trees and stump removal (not part of this job) for future work. Please see photos. I can only add 5 images - this is the majority of the job.
