The lawn is very dry, and not overgrown, so likely just a high mow so that it's tidy for a rental inspection. Previous tenants (left 3 months ago) put lawn seed down and it looks to be Kikuyu Lawn. Just folds on itself when walked on. I’ve whipper snippered it once and just left a whole heap of mulch making it worse. The soil below is thick and rocky. There’s some rock and bark - just left in a bit of a mess by previous tenants with a dog that ruined it. If you can help me get it back to a somewhat manageable state, or any advice would be appreciated. I’ve looked up what to do - just don’t have tools at the moment to maintain myself.
