The job includes: * Front yard * Small backyard * Council strip / nature strip * Edges whipper-snipped * Clippings taken away Each lawn is approximately 100–150m², so the total area is around 150–300m². Photos show the size and current condition of the lawns. Please note: clippings must be removed from site. No green bin will be provided. The houses are tenanted, so I need to give the real estate agent at least 36 hours’ notice before access. Please only offer if you can commit to the agreed day/time. Currently having a few dramas with my health and I'm not able to do the yard work. Sitting here looking out the window at it and not being able to do it myself is driving me up the wall. Not a very big area usual the lawns and edges only take about half and hour but the hedge will take a bit longer than usual as I have not done it for about 3months. Pictures are current today. Lawn is bugger all just what you see and a small 10x 1m wide nature strip on otherside of fence. Want the hedge trimmed/ boxed out again.
