I need a retaining wall to be redone in my backyard verrandah

Hi! We are looking to have a low maintenance garden installed - compact the soil, lay weed matting, cover with rocks and plant a tree and a few bushes/tufts of grass. There is a section down the side of the house (10 metres?) that just needs matting and rocks, and the front yard (roughly 8 m x 5 m) that also needs perhaps an evergreen tree and the grasses. We can source materials in need. Low budget TBD - amount agreed depends whether materials are supplied. We just need the basics done for now and may get further work done down the track.

On my bench, the bolts & nuts have rusted and I can’t get them off. Will need an electric saw or something to detach them. I’m replacing them, so it doesn’t matter if they break. They’ve been sprayed with WD40. There’s approx. 22 to remove. I did manage to get one off. I have no electric saw, if this is the way to get them off. The bench is sentimental & I’m wanting to restore it. I only put $60 as I have no idea of cost.

I have 5 tonne of dirt that needs to be spread out in my front yard. Soil has been delivered at the front as shown on the photos. Job could be done using either small bobcat or shovelling.
