A tree in front yard was removed and mulched. The mound sits in the front yard. It needs to be distributed around garden areas on the property. I thought I had someone set to do so but that has fallen through. I need it distributed before weeds start to grow on it. There are some water hoses along the top of some garden areas and I would like them to remain on top though the mulch gets put down.
