Looking to have the surface level scraped off to remove all the weeds and roots and then a bit of levelling and tilling in some topsoil and gypsum (gypsum and topsoil supplied by me) The area slopes upwards towards the back and that’s ok to keep that slope, but it also leans a bit to the right. For example at the top of the steps, the right side sits approx 80cm above the house slab and the left side sits 95cm above the house slab, so looking to have this a bit more level but doesn’t need to be perfect. We are looking for someone who can: Uproot and completely remove all existing trees and plants, including the soft-leaf yucca, taking out the entire root system rather than simply cutting them down. Leave the purple-leaf hop bush on the left-hand side of the yard completely untouched. Remove all existing grass and weeds. Excavate the soil to approximately 1 feet (12 inches) deep to remove the existing grass, weeds and roots, as we plan to plant fruit trees.
