Front of Property Decorative Landscaping Rocks need to be removed. There are also some weeds growing from a plastic underlay, I need all of it removed and reduced to just the bare soil. You can use my green bin to put weeds and Blue bin to put underlay, however Rocks not sure how to dispose.

Move approx 5 tonne of sand/crusher dust from pile in driveway and spread evenly in front yard, approx 100mm, then compact with petrol compactor.
