Looking to have the surface level scraped off to remove all the weeds and roots and then a bit of levelling and tilling in some topsoil and gypsum (gypsum and topsoil supplied by me) The area slopes upwards towards the back and that’s ok to keep that slope, but it also leans a bit to the right. For example at the top of the steps, the right side sits approx 80cm above the house slab and the left side sits 95cm above the house slab, so looking to have this a bit more level but doesn’t need to be perfect. The area is approx 20m x 9m and will also need to removed soil, weeds, and some rocks removed from the property (image of the rocks left over after creating the initial step and grassed slope). Need help in Landscapeing

My front garden has some hard bush of Rosemary (2 small row). I want to completely get rid of one row (4-5 trees) and get hedged another row. I will order mulch which needs to be spreaded (~30 sq meter) after the bush is cleaned. I want to spread the mulch aso in some part of backyard (~24 sqm). Another small row of rose side (as shown in figure) need to be hedged. The green waste needs loading on trailer to dump in NAWMA Resource Recovery Centre - Edinburgh North.
