Replace old timber sleepers with concrete sleepers 800mm in total height and 28.5m length (I can source materials, I can disassemble existing Colourbond fence and reassemble later on top of concrete sleepers posts fence brackets, I can do the timber sleeper section as in the drawing). The professional job is 1. remove old timber retaining wall, 2. prepare 11x 800mm deep footings via auger or manual (section on tight space), 3. setup the C/H posts with MPa50 concrete, 4. mount 40x 2350mmx200mmx80m concrete sleepers. Three person is required to mount each sleepers. The ground is not completely level - two sections at the back is slightly elevated as depicted in my drawing. The drawing also shows the separation distance of each C-posts, back to back C-posts, and H-posts. Soil reduction is required to allow path for ag pipe drainage line from rear to front of the property.

Backyard has slope towards the house wall and retains water. Not sure if the drainage is there or need to install agi pipe or something of this sort to ensure water doesn’t sit against the wall.

We would like to remove this existing timber wall that is holding the soil from entering our pool as it is difficult to clean the pool constantly. A small retaining wall approx 5 to 6m Length and two blocks high in the backyard has collapsed. The scope includes: - digging out the dirt behind the blocks to make edge square - resetting the blocks to the original position with cement - add two to three water drain holes along the wall - back fill dirt All the blocks are good to go , would just need cement and some small pipes.

Will require half of wall to be deconstructed , soil behind removed and relocated then wall reconstructed with supports and drainage added and realigned. Will.supply all equipment ag pipe Blue metal metal rods, all that is required is the labour to complete the job.
