We need someone to fix our fence that has become detached from our balcony wall and pulling down our ac lines. This fence bridges the boundary between 3 properties and is leaning. We at least need the fence secured on the side that has detached but would also want the fence reinforced if possible. The other side is the neighbour's property which we can arrange access to. Repainting wall is 20 years old and made of wood. I would like replaced with concrete sleepers. There are 24 sleepers to be replaced, but the uprights are fine.

Remove and rebuild retaining wall 5.7 meters long and 85-90cm high along front. And about 1.5 meters return along stairs inside property. Just retaining wall to be built, we would also like a column at either end and also a thin column to the right of the gate, marked out in red on photos.
