Only Need to put manure where there is brown in the attached mock up and under the hedge. We're using the 'lasagna' method where you lay flattened cardboard boxes, then horse manure, then mulch on top (where the brown is on the map). The flattened cardboard boxes, manure and mulch will already be at the block (mulch being delivered when you arrive Monday). We’ll be onsite working too, just need extra help to get it all done faster! Tasks include: - Laying flattened cardboard along the hedge line - Spreading horse manure evenly over cardboard on hedge and lawn areas - Light tilling in the lawn area - Spreading mulch over hedge sections (mulch delivered during morning) Approx. schedule: 10:00am meet onsite and start work 10:15am hedge boxes and manure (~2 hours) 12:30pm lawn manure + till (~45 mins) 1:15pm mulch over hedge area (~1.25 hours) Finish around 2:30pm Please bring: your own shovels, wheelbarrows and rakes (we’ll have materials ready onsite for ourselves) Payment: Flat rate for approx. 4–4.5 hours work.

Firepit Area Preparation: • Install rubble and Yankomite to the firepit area (5x5m) + path (5x1m) • Level and compact the rubble and Yankomite to create a stable base. 4. Turf Installation: • Lay 108 sqm (6x18m) of Dwarf Kikuyu instant turf. Existing soil is good, so no need to spread loam after site level • Roll and water in the turf to ensure proper establishment. 5. Mulch Application: • Spread locally sourced budget mulch across designated areas (excluding the firepit, lawn, and established vegetation). Additional Notes: • All materials will be provided on-site by me. • Excavation must use a small excavator with tracks to minimize ground pressure due to the presence of a septic system and to avoid damage to the surrounding area and established vegetation. • Attention to detail is crucial for a neat and professional finish.

We have an automatic sprinkler system for the front lawn, our sons found (and damaged) two red (5 core) wires which I attempted to fix. We still have an error message on the controller and they are not engaging at full capacity. The sprinklers are connected to the bore water and only turn on when we turn the bore on and not on and off via the irrigation controller We have found the controller box with two solenoids and can hear water flowing. We have also found a row of pop ups along the drive which have never worked but we are keen to get working. Keen to find out what station the two solenoids are on as well.
