The pool equipment room has lots of pipes running underneath the soil and sand surface. We need any rubble/rocks removed, the ground leveled and then a few step stones laid and then pebbles put down. We are putting a toilet to the left of the water picture where you can see the pipe coming up. We need a small concrete slab or a few pavers laid for the toilet to sit on.
