Looking for someone who can reseal 1 window on the second floor in a double storage townhouse . Please bring your long ladder and silicon for outdoor use. The window is probably 3-5m height from the ground. This is a roughly one-hour job. Currently there is water leaking inside the house on heavy rain. This can be replicated by using a hose to spray the window. That will be the way to revify the work done.

I have a courtyard 8 x 6 meters in size, I need someone who can operate a small earthmoving machine / small bobcat / small digger-grader ect. to level off the dirt to 100 to 150 mm below the concrete driveway line. The level is currently quite good but there are two high spots that need about a 75 mm flattening cut and can be redistributed onto the lower troughs. There shouldn’t be any need to cart any earth away. Very straight forward and a fairly quick job. Would be better done as soon as possible because the ground is very dry and must be avoided from incoming rain, due to clay content. Accuracy with the level is key because a layer of crush rock and sand will follow with compaction.
