Position and level random pieces of sandstone for a garden path. Garden edging is already in place. The photos show how much I’ve already done.

Price is negotiable: Thin, long garden channel requires levelling, weed mat added and pebbles put over weedmat. I will arrange purchase and delivery of weedmat, FCR for levelling and pebbles. (Landscaping shop down the road) Channel is approx 17000L x 300-700D (gets wider as it goes along) Pebbles will need barrowing from front yard around side of house to back yard, will be approx 6 barrow loads.

Small front yard needs levelling with digger or excavator that has width no greater than 1.52 meters to get ready for topsoil and grass. Small rocks need moving that are in garden beds as part of the job. Any excess soil to be removed from site.

Require some garden soil spread and levelling of back yard for turf installation. Approx 35sqm of area. Small backyard. Also will need an agi drain pipe installed along a back retaining wall connected to storm water due to water issues from the block behind thats higher 1.6m side access is available so pretty tight but can cut open side boundary fence and remove to allow for a bigger/wider access.

Gutter clean, - gutter clean out of leaves and debris - Clean kids play equipment (trampoline edges yellow part and black lower netting and monkey bar swing set) good wipe over / gernie. - cut back bush hanging too close to the kids play equipment. I worry re snakes etc... - Yard maintenance inside house fenced yard around entire house including area where trampoline is. - weeding the yard and hedges around base of house, stones out the back of house need weeding amongst them too, just a good yard clean up needed. Anything you notice needing doing to make it look cleaner and immaculate. Ensuring no trees are hanging over too close to the house roof. - if you do use gernie, maybe a good do over of the tanks out back to make them look a bit cleaner and neater. - the white wooden slats/panels around base of the house behind the small hedges, some parts of it have gone a bit brown especially at the front of house either sides of front steps, so needs a wipe over to appear white again. - Good wipe over of deck railings, deck floor, front step railings. Needs a good clean. Please avoid wetting the furniture especially the wicker chairs. - Mow and whipper snip whatever you feel needs doing. Extend a deck. Build steps of one side of deck to lead to back yard. Built or put together a pre ordered carport (we can discuss this). Failed a safety inspection due to uneven bricks. Very hard to tell from terrible photos. Not a massive job just a bit time consuming. 2 areas are sinking and 2 areas have roots. I would estimate 4-5 hours work for someone

To remove existing turf, level soil on a slight slope, reuse turf and add new turf to match and complete. Dig x6 holes to prepare for fence we doing. Remove pile of soil.
