The rear of the property is on an angle, possibly 1.5m from one side of the back year to the next. I would like that area to be flattened so that it has 3 flat usable levels. I started doing this a few years ago though limited in time. See photos. While the backyard has room to move, access to the back yard is limited. The of the house is decked so you cant drive heavy machinery over it. There is enough room for a very small bob cat or hand operated machinery like a mini trencher. At a guess, the back yard might be 12m long by 3.5m deep.
