I have dug up a large part of the garden for a new garden bed and I need the sand that has been removed to be taken away.

There is a large void under the house. We’re trying to waterproof it but water keeps seeping in. We need to clear the existing dirt off the rock slab to see if there are hidden cracks we need to waterproof again. The job is to brush/wash/scrape all dirt off the top of the rock until it is clean and all cracks and gaps are visible. The dirt is typically only about 10mm thick but up to 50mm in places and a couple of small piles of rubble too. This job isn’t about heavy lifting or strength, more about attention to detail and working in a small-ish space. There is a minimum of 600mm of height to work in. The dirt cleared off the rock needs to be shovelled up and placed at rear of the garden. You will need to bring your own tools (brush, short handled shovel, suggest a dusk mask etc) but can use anything you can find here too. Water supply is nearby if needed.

Remove about 9-10 cubic soil in the back yard. Don't have skip bin. The narrowest part of the path is 1.1 meter wide. Then level the soil, prepare the gound work and spread top soil(will provide) for laying the turf. It's around 100 squre meters.

Our backyard is 5m X 7m clay soil. It's flat but I would like the soil re-leveled to create a slight gradient away from the house. The job also involves mixing gypsum (which we supply) through the top 15cm or so of soil. We will move the pot plants before you start work.

The rocks/pavers/bricks in the photo have to be put in a skip. The skip is in the driveway already, about 20 meters away from the rocks. It has to be done today before the skip gets picked up. I’m at work so I can’t do it.
