I need a hole bored horizontally through the side of a pond. It's got to go through concrete blocks and into the existing pit which is a PVC pipe. Diameter around 100mm. Length of hole around 230mm. The hole needs lined with a PVC pipe which is sealed in place. No vehicular access, equipment has to be hand carried. I can compromise on a few things, let me know if you want to discuss further.
