Please make a 70 mm core-drilled hole through the concrete wall of the apartment to accommodate the pipework for one split-system air conditioner. Photo 1 shows the proposed drilling location. Photo 2 shows the relative position of the outdoor unit, with the wall adjacent to the electrical shaft being the proposed drilling area. Photo 3 shows the opening into the electrical shaft, provided to assist in verifying that the drilling can be carried out safely without affecting any services or installations within the shaft. All drilling works are to be undertaken with due care to ensure there is no damage to existing services and no disturbance to the electrical shaft.
