Landscaping work to a sloped garden area approx. 16m long x 3.8m wide. Scope includes clearing loose grass/weeds and lightly preparing the slope; installing two straight runs of Corten-style garden edging approximately 16m each; creating a 300mm-wide white decorative stone strip along the sandstone retaining wall and another 300mm-wide matching stone strip along the lower black fence; spreading pine bark mulch through the central section at approximately 25mm depth; planting evenly spaced Neoregelia Fireball plants; and leaving the area clean and tidy. Existing sandstone wall and fences are not to be altered. Materials may be supplied separately depending on quote.

Site Preparation * Remove existing grass, weeds, roots and loose vegetation from the sloped area. * Remove loose surface material and debris. * Lightly rake and grade the existing soil to provide a reasonably even surface while maintaining the existing slope and levels. * Fill minor washouts and low areas as required. De weed and place pavers ontop of retaining wall 2. Erosion Control * Install erosion-control matting over the prepared soil where required. * Secure matting firmly with suitable pins/pegs. * Overlap and pin joints to prevent movement on the slope. * Cut planting openings through the matting as required. 3. Corten Steel Garden Edging * Install approximately 16 linear metres of Corten steel edging parallel to the sandstone retaining wall, creating a 300 mm-wide stone strip. * Install approximately 16 linear metres of Corten steel edging parallel to the lower black fence, creating another 300 mm-wide stone strip. * Secure edging with suitable steel stakes/pegs. * Maintain smooth, consistent lines following the existing landscape. 4. White Decorative Stone * install stone approximately 20–40 mm. * Install in a 300 mm-wide strip along the sandstone wall. * Install stone in a 300 mm-wide strip along the lower black fence. * Install suitable weed mat/geotextile beneath stone areas. 5. Pine Mulch * install coarse pine bark mulch throughout the central landscaped area between the Corten borders. *50mm thick Spread evenly while maintaining the natural slope. * Keep mulch clear of plant crowns. * Excavate individual planting holes, improve soil locally where required and backfill. * Firm soil around plants and thoroughly water after installation. 6. Planting * Supply and install Neoregelia ‘Fireball’ plants throughout the mulched area. 7. Finishing & Clean-Up * Adjust stone, mulch and edging to achieve an even finished appearance. * Remove excess soil
