Move power socket to the right approx 1m (so that it can go inside rangehood cabinet to power rangehood). 2. Install 4 cabinets to kitchen wall: long pantry, small floor cupboard, small wall cupboard, rangehood cupboard - these are already built 3. Cut hole in rangehood cabinet for power socket to power rangehood. 4. Install small bench top on top of small floor cabinet (30cm x 60cm). 5. Install skirting board under long pantry and small floor cupboard. 6. Swap out four light switches. Please provide you offer for the works below, and let me know if you have any questions. Apartment with small kitchen (see floor plan). Remove and dispose of current kitchen and wall tiles. Install IKEA kitchen (see 3D render). Keeping existing appliances except replacing range hood. Unfortunately my kitchen renovation project hasn't gone as expected and the plumber contracted has failed to show up 3 times. Kitchen renovation will require plumbing for: heater, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen sink, fosset and a line of water to the fridge. Current status of kitchen is - skeleton of cabinets (pictured) Additional work required: To install a hot water heater to AS3500 on a tray with a waste connected, if the tray can not have a waste fitted it needs to have a safety water shut off valve install onto the tray (Mildred valve). The hot water heater also needs a tempering valve attached, and all correct back flow devices attached. Looking for someone to install a basic kitchen (the existing cabinets in the photo have been removed), remove the existing vinyl flooring in the kitchen and lay new vinyl flooring (vinyl sheet not planks). We also need to lay the same vinyl flooring in the laundry area (blue area only in the attached floorplan). There is currently a tap connection for the kitchen sink that is coming directly out from the wall, so will obviously need to slightly reconfigure to adapt to the new kitchen sink etc We also need a few other small carpentry jobs like laying skirting boards in bedroom 3 and patching up a small hole in a wooden door frame. - Due date: ASAP

I have a fully integrated Bosch dishwasher that has stopped working. I had an appliance repair person come to look at it but he said he thought the power/motherboard had stopped working. Bosch no longer make the replacement part for the machine, so I will need a new dishwasher installed. When I looked at how the dishwasher is held in place, the brackets holding it to the kitchen unit are inaccessible and it's impossible to get a screwdriver in there to undo the brackets. There is also a skirting board panel that runs the entire length of the kitchen which seems to be held in place by other skirting boards (I removed the screws holding it in place and it won't budge without me trying to remove other skirting which is at a 90 degree angle). There is also a panel that sits underneath the bench which runs the entire length of the kitchen, and also sits behind the drawers and a decorative feature above the oven seems to be glued onto this. I need someone to come and have a look to see if I can replace the dishwasher without having to rip out the entire kitchen. I am happy to replace the splashback and benchtop if need be. - Due date: Flexible
