Hi Samuel. OK, so we're in a 5th floor Apartment on Queens Rd. Access is OK. A friend of a friend started our kitchen renovation but unfortunately can no longer complete it. We have half of the carcasses installed with drawers (but no doors) and need further cabinets to be made and installed. There are other associated jobs that need doing (or project managed) such as floor boards moved, new rangehood fitted over our new kitchen island, ceiling modified and dining booth to be built and installed. We have purchased Quartzite stone for all benches and have detailed plans for all works with appliances already installed (induction cooktop and oven). Granite sink (soon to purchase) will also need to be installed. Plastering skills would also come in handy. Work to be done ASAP. I would like to do some renovations to the kitchen: 1. Keep the existing kitchen furniture, but change the cabinet doors to gloss white. As I could not find the size of the doors that fit the existing furniture, the new doors will need to be cut to suit the size of the cabinet. 2. The fridge will be moved to a different spot, so I’m planning to install a new bench and a new base cabinet that will have an oven and stove. 3. A new splashback will be required to be installed. 4. The existing separation between the fridge and the kitchen will need to be removed. 5. Install rangehood where the fridge currently is.
