I have bought a second hand kitchen and it is stored at the property. The previous kitchen has been removed. I need the new kitchen installed. Additionally, I have a bathroom vanity that needs installing. The previous vanity has been removed. I can arrange an electrician to connect the stove/oven in the kitchen if needed. Access is possible anytime and can be done at the pace and installments that works for you. Job has to be done by mid October. Picture is of the space for the bathroom vanity- that’s the OLD vanity which I have fully removed for you. Kitchen is fully removed and the space is a U shape and measures 2075 wide by 3440 long. The second hand kitchen I have brought to the house is bigger than the new space so we have some options.

I need someone who can measure the existing kitchen, work out the required IKEA components, prepare an IKEA kitchen plan for me to order from, and then complete the installation/renovation work. Work required: Replace the existing kitchen cabinet doors/drawer fronts with new IKEA doors/fronts. Install a new kitchen benchtop. Rework/reframe the pantry doors – there is currently an external frame around the pantry doors that I would like removed, with the pantry finished neatly without this frame. Looking for an experienced kitchen installer / cabinet maker to install pre-assembled IKEA overhead wall cabinets in my kitchen during the last week of September or early October. The cabinets are already assembled, so no flat-pack assembly is required. Job includes: * Install IKEA suspension rail * Hang and securely fix all overhead cabinets * Ensure cabinets are level and properly aligned * Install cabinet doors and handles * Adjust and align all doors * Cut and fit any required filler/end panels to neatly finish the top and sides * Remove the existing rangehood * Install the new integrated IKEA rangehood into the overhead cabinet * Connect rangehood ducting if required * Clean up after installation Electrical work: I will also need a power point/switch installed for the microwave and the new rangehood electrically connected. If you are a licensed electrician as well, or work with one, please let me know. If you do not do electrical work, that is completely fine — just let me know so I can arrange an electrician to come before the cabinet installation to prepare the microwave power point and rangehood electrical connection. Repaid missing section of cornice in the corner above the overhead cupboard. 4. Patch damaged plasterboard on the wall next to the cupboard where the old tile was removed. Looking for a licensed plumber and electrician (or a team capable of both trades) to carry out works associated with a new kitchen installation in Mordialloc. The kitchen layout will remain largely unchanged, with the sink, oven, cooktop and dishwasher staying substantially in their current locations. Electrical works: - Disconnect existing appliances during demolition. - Supply and install a dedicated circuit from the switchboard for a new induction cooktop. - Wire and connect the induction cooktop. - Reconnect existing electric oven. - Relocate or install any required power points. - Test and provide compliance certificates. Plumbing / Gas works: - Disconnect and permanently cap the existing gas line to the cooktop. - Install and connect the new sink and mixer tap. - Reconnect dishwasher. - Carry out any minor plumbing adjustments required to suit the new cabinetry. - Test and certify works where required. The work will need to be completed in stages and coordinated with the kitchen installers: - Initial disconnects during demolition. - Rough-in after old kitchen removal. - Final fit-off after cabinets and benchtops are installed. Kitchen installation dates are currently TBA, so some flexibility will be required. Please quote only if suitably licensed and insured. Experience working alongside kitchen installers is preferred. Cabinet making experience preferred or a bloody good handy man. I brought a large kitchen from a friend and need parts of it installed into my smaller sort of empty, kitchen space. No flat packs etc, a bit like putting cupboards and over heads where things will fit .
