Assess walls and floor and accommodate possible flooring variations for levels for aligned cabinetry including island bench. - Cut out of bench top for sink and stove top (measurements provided) and installation bench top (benchtop is laminate) - Insert integrated dishwasher (plumber organised already for connection) - Install filler pieces - Use silicone where required for seamless finish. Notes: - Asbestos completely removed before job will begin - Electrician and Plumber have been organised separately - Rubbish removal not required - photos attached don’t include a stove top as this wasn’t purchased from ikea.
