I have removed below kitchen & overhead cabinets and would like it to be installed into my ground floor apartment in Surfers Paradise. Everything will be on-site just need you to install **Super Easy Access (for parking & tools)** - you can literally park your car in the driveway right in front of the apartment and only few steps and your right in the apartments kitchen - ground floor apartment/building (no going up any lifts or anything like that)

We are looking for an experienced outdoor kitchen installer / cabinetmaker / stonemason to fully install a new Grillhound outdoor kitchen, approximately 3460mm long x 650mm deep x 890mm high. Installation guides are supplied and must be followed. Scope of work: * Assemble Grillhound cabinets, drawers, doors and legs as required. * Position, join and accurately level all cabinetry using the adjustable legs. * Ensure cabinets, doors, drawers and benchtops are straight and correctly aligned. * Install and secure all natural granite benchtop sections. * Measure and professionally cut the granite onsite for the supplied sink. * Install and secure the sink. * Complete any granite/cabinet drilling or cut-outs required for plumbing, hoses or cables. * Installer must have appropriate professional stone-cutting equipment, including diamond cutting/drilling equipment. * Install and correctly position the Weber Summit BBQ and fridge. * Glue/secure granite using appropriate stone-compatible adhesive. * Professionally finish and seal the granite, including joins, cut edges and around the sink. * Install kickboards/ventilation components where required. * Complete any onsite cutting, packing or adjustments required for a professional finish. * Leave the completed kitchen level, secure, clean and ready for use. IMPORTANT: You must have experience cutting and installing natural granite/stone benchtops and supply your own appropriate tools and equipment. This is not simply a flat-pack assembly job. When quoting, please confirm your experience with outdoor kitchens and stone, and that your price includes assembly, installation, levelling, granite cutting, sink cut-out/installation, adhesives, sealing and finishing. Looking for a licensed plumber and electrician (or a team capable of both trades) to carry out works associated with a new kitchen installation in Mordialloc. The kitchen layout will remain largely unchanged, with the sink, oven, cooktop and dishwasher staying substantially in their current locations. Electrical works: - Disconnect existing appliances during demolition. - Supply and install a dedicated circuit from the switchboard for a new induction cooktop. - Wire and connect the induction cooktop. - Reconnect existing electric oven. - Relocate or install any required power points. - Test and provide compliance certificates. Plumbing / Gas works: - Disconnect and permanently cap the existing gas line to the cooktop. - Install and connect the new sink and mixer tap. - Reconnect dishwasher. - Carry out any minor plumbing adjustments required to suit the new cabinetry. - Test and certify works where required. The work will need to be completed in stages and coordinated with the kitchen installers: - Initial disconnects during demolition. - Rough-in after old kitchen removal. - Final fit-off after cabinets and benchtops are installed. Kitchen installation dates are currently TBA, so some flexibility will be required. Please quote only if suitably licensed and insured. Experience working alongside kitchen installers is preferred. Cabinet making experience preferred or a bloody good handy man. I brought a large kitchen from a friend and need parts of it installed into my smaller sort of empty, kitchen space. No flat packs etc, a bit like putting cupboards and over heads where things will fit .

We tried mounting but run into difficulty getting it levelled correctly. Kitchen wall cabinets is 2930mm X 600mm Kitchen bench is 2600mm X 600mm. Scope of work: - Mount suspension rails to walls and steel studs. - Installation floor anchoring frame to concrete subfloors. - Level and secure all cabinets together.
