I want someone experienced in SharePoint and Power Automate who can take the lead, offer suggestions, and help create a “set and forget” digital workspace that works with the way I run my practice. You don’t need to know clinical psychology — I’ve got that side handled — but I need someone who’s tech-savvy and easy to work with. Key tasks: • Set up a SharePoint structure with folders, naming conventions, and permissions • Build 2–3 Microsoft Forms for intake and admin • Create Power Automate workflows (e.g. referral intake to folder creation, automated emails, task reminders) • Optional: Help leverage CoPilot for admin/document automation • Review Zanda (Power Diary) forms and advise if integration is possible or if a separate system is needed • Provide suggestions to improve structure, efficiency, and compliance Essential: • Strong Microsoft 365 and Power Automate experience • Initiative and ability to recommend solutions • Understanding of privacy and secure file handling (health/NDIS experience is a plus) • Willing to sign an NDA if required Start: August Timeframe: 4 weeks Budget: $800–1,200 AUD (fixed fee, depending on experience and scope) Ongoing work available for the right person Please respond with your experience, any examples of similar work, and initial ideas you think I may benefit from.
