I’m an Occupational Therapist with a private practice using Zanda (formerly Power Diary). I would like an experienced Zanda user to log in remotely and configure my NDIS billing properly so everything is set up correctly. Tasks include: * Setting up Session Pack templates. * Configuring time-based billing and decimal quantities. * Ensuring therapy, Non Face-to-Face (_NF) and Provider Travel (_PT) services invoice correctly. * Updating my existing service items if required. * Making sure invoices comply with the current NDIS claiming requirements. * Testing the setup to ensure it works correctly. * Providing a handover of what was changed. I’m looking for someone who has real experience with Zanda/Power Diary and NDIS allied health billing (OT, Speech, Physio or Psychology). I can provide: * Remote access via Zoom/Google Meet or AnyDesk/TeamViewer (whichever you prefer) * Access to my NDIS service items and current setup. Ideally I’d like this completed over the next week Please only apply if you’ve previously configured Zanda/Power Diary for an allied health practice using NDIS billing.

I’m looking for an experienced Notion expert who is available today to help complete a custom operating system for a large joinery company. The project is approximately 50% complete. The core databases have already been created, but I need someone to finish the system by linking everything together and building the front-end dashboards. What needs to be completed: * Create a professional Operations Dashboard with live KPI cards. * Build department dashboards (Office, Factory, Site, and Director). * Link all existing databases together using relations and rollups. * Set up automations so information updates automatically across the system. * Create database templates and page templates. * Ensure all dashboards populate live information from the databases. * Test the system to make sure everything functions correctly. Current databases include: * Projects * Tasks * Employees * Procurement * Production * Deliveries * QA/QC * Defects * Site Scheduling * Documents The databases are already created, however they are currently empty as we’re building the system from scratch. I don’t need data entry—I need the structure, templates, relationships, formulas, rollups and automations built correctly. You can use a temporary sample project to demonstrate that everything is working. Ideally, you have experience building complete business operating systems in Notion, not just simple pages or task lists. If you’ve built project management systems, CRMs, manufacturing workflows or business dashboards in Notion before, please send examples of your work. Available to start today is essential.
