I'm looking for an experienced Python software developer to build a Windows desktop application called Golden Touch AI. This is not a simple scraper. It is a professional property analysis application that will continue to grow over time for myself to use only. I have already completed the business logic, formulas, workflow and specifications. Initial Scope The application must: Scan public property listings (no paid APIs ) Search apartments/units in nominated suburbs (starting with St Kilda, VIC). Filter by maximum purchase price.
