Weekly cadence: set a clear goal, run a test, review results, decide the next step. Support I want: translate concepts into clear problem statements and outcomes, map user journeys for Autistic and ADHD users, define a minimal MVP, draft outlines and slides, design research scripts, run low cost experiments, gather feedback, and refine value propositions. Practical awareness of data privacy, clinical disclaimers, and accessibility is important. If you can collaborate with developers or low code tools that helps. I work best with structured agendas, short messages, and accountability that ensures I complete at least eight hours of solo work on product day. Deliverables each week: a one page plan, a test or artifact, and a decision log. Ideal background: product management, UX research, learning design, digital health, or AI prototyping.
